Nicole Foran
Nicole Foran was born in 1983 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. She studied printmaking there at the University of Saskatchewan, earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2005. Foran went on to the University of Cincinnati in Ohio, where she received a Master of Fine Arts in printmaking and drawing in 2008. She then briefly taught drawing there before moving on to Texas A&M International University in Laredo, Texas, where she has been an Assistant Professor of Art since 2008, teaching drawing and printmaking.
Foran has exhibited in Saskatchewan and in the United States. In 2009, Foran won Best of Show at “Beyond Printmaking II: 2009 National Juried Exhibition” at Lubbock, Texas' Landmark Gallery.
Nicole Foran lives, works, and teaches in Laredo, Texas.
