Winter Juried Show and Sale - Details Announced
Prince Albert's Mann Art Gallery has announced details of its 36th Winter Festival Juried Art Show and Sale. While predominantly a local show and sale, the event draws artists and visitors from across Saskatchewan, and is open to artists from throughout the province. This year's juror Marsha Kennedy will be allocating eight awards, including the Lorraine Mathiason Memorial Pottery Award, the Fibre Art Award and the Photography Award.
To enter, artworks must be dropped off at the Mann Art Gallery Sunday January 29th or Monday January 30th, from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm (and picked up March 18th and 19th). A maximum of two artworks, completed within the past two years, may be entered per artist.
The exhibition at the Mann Art Gallery will run from February 10th through March 17th, 2012. A Gala Opening Reception will be held Friday, February 10th.
